Based on existing provisions

  • The reservation will be confirmed once we receive your booking details.
  • Full payment or deposit may be required to guarantee your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
  • Any changes or cancellations revert to our cancellation policy.

Therefore, with our cancellation policy, if you cancel your order, then your order is recorded as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

But we will still help you if you want to make a new booking, and get a discount or something like that *

Cancellation policy

We are very pleased to welcome you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all, please take a moment to read the conditions of stay at our units.

This provision is made to maintain comfort, safety and harmony during your stay. 

  • Guest is considered booking when payment has been made
  • DP at least 50% of the total to be paid
  • Maximum settlement of H-1 check-in
  • Booking D - 1 or D-Day must be paid off immediately
  • Payment is made via transfer BCA 4452506541 on behalf of Moh Zainollah or QRIS
  • Guests provide proof of payment to the guest room admin
  • Guests are not allowed to reschedule and replace the unit
  • Fees that have been paid cannot be requested back
  • Guests who bring animals are charged IDR 150,000/pet
  • Free over capacity 1 person / bedroom without additional facilities. If more, then charged Rp50. 000/person / night
  • Minimum Check-in at 14.00 WIB and maximum Check-out at 12.00 WIB
  • Guests can early check-in or late check - out, if there is no booking before or after
  • Early check-in or late check-out fee IDR 50,000/hour
  • Can't wait until 22: 00
  • After submitting the form, make a payment, and lock the date, the Admin will send a booking confirmation and invoice
